Hi There,my Haier Hlp23e Washing Machine Keeps Giving Me An E4 Error,please Advi

This error means that the washer or clothes in the washer are causing it be off balance try moving items around or removing them to see if that resolves the issue.

It means that the water pressure is too low. Check the screen where the water hose is hooked up to the machine to see if the screen is clogged. I just called the company about this. Mine was clogged up. Un hook water hose, pull out the screen carefully straight up, rinse it out and put back. Re-hook the water and you are good to go. It basically is not getting enough water in the time allotted to fill.
