The machine is only designed to hold 8.8 pounds of clothes when they are wet. Make sure you are not overloading the machine, the feet are keeping a level pressure on the floor, and that the clothes are evenly distributed throughout the washer. If the problem persists call 1-877-337-3639 that is the manufacture's customer service center
