Why Does Our Brand New Portable Air Conditioner Emit Zero Air?
My husband, an engineer, installed the unit according to directions. When turned on, it registers a temp (inside the unit?) much lower than the room temperature. It turns on for about 10 seconds, records a fast temperature drop while emitting no air from the air vent, and then turns itself off. It is a CPN10XCJ unit, 10,000 BTU.
