My Commercial Cool Model Cpn 10xc9 Has A Message That Says Stop When I Plug It I
My commercial cool model cpn 10xc9 is blinking STOP when i plug it in. It wont turn on. What should I do?

your unit is full of water and has shut off to prevent a puddle of water on your floor. be careful when moving your unit even just a little because some of the water tanks in these units are like a bowl, so needless to say the tank is not completely sealed off and will spill if your not careful.
you need to look at the back of the unit, on the botom there will be a nozzle, twist it counter clock wise until it comes off. then remove the rubber stopper. this will drain the water and the unit will come back on again, these units are suppose to be self evaporating but that isnt the case with ANY OF THEM, espically when running heat. To permanantly fix this problem you will need to run a hose from the back of the unit through your wall so it can constantly drain outside.
