Condensation Problems
my unit started leaking from the drip tray onto the floor, why is this happening and how can I fix it ?

As long as the unit is installed properly, specifically the exhaust hoses, this unit should not drip inside the home. This unit has a moisture collection tank inside the unit that needs to be emptied occasionally. The unit will show STOP in the display when the tank needs to be emptied. you need to verify the unit is level and the exhaust hose coupling(s) are inserted properly.
