How Do I Receive Message Downloads As My Friend Sent Me One N It Won't Download

Greetings - Have you ever received a message of this kind and managed successfully download it? Well, if not it may be that your phone's APN (access point name) was never set - this is necissary for one to be able to receive MMS (Multimedia Message Service) - You can have this setup by calling your service provider's customer care line and follow the voice prompts or have a live rep walking you through. You will please repost if this does not help including any other infomation you may have.
