In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410. My experience is that they adhere more than scrupuloulsy to their website's assurance that "If the experience using your Groupon ever lets you down, we’ll make it right or return your purchase."
