A Merchant Listed A Product And When I Got There They Didn’t Honor It What Do

A merchant listed a Groupon and when I went there to redeem it they told me it was invalid what do I do to get my money ba

Getting the Refund

You can track the progress of your return by returning to the order in your account and selecting 'View Details.' Then, select 'View Return Status.'
Groupon typically processes refunds in 1-2 business days but it can take up to a maximum of two weeks.
You will receive an email from Groupon titled 'Your Refund Has Been Processed."
After your refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

After all this of they are not catering your request you have to contact group on support so that they can help you to get full refund.
