You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Groupon. I'm sorry you were disconnected, but that seems to be a common experience with customer service calls, and the vast majority of times it's not the fault of anyone at the company you're calling. You need to call back (or write) and start from scratch. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410.
