Unable To Redeem Groupon Gift

I purchased a groupon on January 30 for a massage as a gift for my daughter-in-law. It was a $50.00 deal for $35.00. I redeemed a $15.00 groupon refund and charged $20.00 to my Visa. She went to West Maple Massage on Saturday, February 28, and had a massage. They called her yesterday, Monday, and said the paper which I printed was not the correct one. It said it was a gift from Max and Gwen to Shari Galde and stated the amount of the gift. What did I not do correctly and how can I get this corrected? She went to West Maple Massage, (.
