After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and there's a button for printing the voucher). Your Groupon Number is at the upper right of the voucher, and the redemption code is in the middle. (You will not have to use both.)

If you need to retrieve a copy of the voucher, phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write the company directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone the company at +44(0)203 510 0410.
