Lost Package By Usps
I ordered a package from Groupon (iPhone battery case), and the package stated it was delivered to my apartment - not the case! I contacted USPS and they said that they would open a case, but that they didn't know what to do. they asked if I had insurance for my package. I said that I was not offered the optino to purchase insurance on the package. They told me that I should go through the company that I purchased from. What should I do? I'm not looking for a refund.. I just want the iPhone case that I ordered. Thanks, Nicole

Easily resolved. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
