Locked Out Of My Account

I am trying to make a purchase on groupon but am getting a message that my user id/password is incorrect. My information is automatically stored in groupon, I am not even entering myself. The page comes up with my info already entered. But when I did try to enter manually the correct info, I still keep getting this message that it is incorrect. How do I get into my account so I can make a purchase?!

Sorry for your problems, which I haven't previously encountered--very strange. Your best course is to give Groupon a call. I've always found its personnel very helpful, and it's certainly to the company's advantage to have you as a customer. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410.

it might be due to saved credentials try to erase all the saved browser cache and then try the forgot password link may this help you
