As you'll see if you try it, the number offered in the previous answer no longer works. As you may know, you can write the company at [email protected]. You can try the corporate office, at 312-676-5773. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410.

Groupon's documentation doesn't specifically address the situation you report (merchant out of business), but my experience with Groupon is that a refund will be forthcoming then. If however you believe you've been cheated, you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
