Exchange Of Groupon

I bought 2 deals (perfume).  I had a credit (R1665-00) with groupon.  I then saw a deal for a notebook.  I contacted support division and I asked if I could cancell the perfume deals so that I could buy the notebook.  If I cancelled the deal + the credit that i had with groupon, I only needed to pay R245 into groupon's account for the notebook(eft on 24-09). I then received an email saying that i did not pay for the deal so it is off.  After a lot of phone calls, emails, requests, I was phoned to say that I will get the notebook.  I even recieved an email to let me know that I can expect the notebook in 1 week's time.  I was soooo happy. I then received the perfume that I cancelled!!!!!!!!  It is still in the original package from the courier. I then received another email a few days later to let me know that the deal is off.  I did not pay in time. This time, I asked for a supervisor to help me.  I spoke to her last week Monday, 22-10-2012.  She told me that she will contact me the next day.  On 23-10-2012 I received an email from her saying I must give her until the end of the day because she is waiting for feedback from the supplier. Today is 29-10-2012 and I have heard NOTHING from this lady.  I even asked her for her direct phone number because whenever I phone, I am caller 34,27...and it is costing me a lot of money in phone calls as well.  Well I have been phoning that number every day and guess what....it is ALWAYS engaged so I have not spoken to this lady and I am wondering if she didnt just give me any number to get rid of me. I am SOOOOOOOO frustrated.  This is not right.  People just do not do business like this.  I am hoping that someone, anyone, will be able to help me this this problem. Regards Debbie

Just wanted to let you know that I received the Notebook yesterday and today, Kelly from Groupon contacted me to say that I must keep the perfume (I was suppose to return it to Groupon) as a gesture of goodwill.  I am sooo happy!!!  Cannot believe that everything has worked out in the end.
