I can't see your confirmation, but my guess is that the confirmation is usable to admit you--likely presentation will get you immediate tickets. If you have any doubt, check with the theater by phone. If that's not the case, Groupon will make good: You can write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected]. My experience with Groupon has been 100% positive, but if you can't promptly resolve the issue, dispute the charge with your bank.

If you can't find your confirmation, you may be out of luck--but Groupon will do what it can.
