2. Your question is hard to understand. If you completed an order you have to have an account. After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and you can print the voucher).
3. If the above does not solve your issue, simply ask Groupon. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
