Groupon disclaims any responsibility to refund after 3 days, but says the merchant will honor the price paid for the voucher against the full price of the service. For details see https://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise. (If it's more than 3 days it's worthwhile requesting an exception.) Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. If you believe you've been cheated, you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
