Graco Monitor Won't Charge When Plugged

Graco doesn't provide much in the way of troubleshooting. If you've checked the charger and cord, you can contact Graco product support at 1-800-345-4109. If the product is still under warranty, maybe they can send you a replacement.
If you want to try to fix it yourself, the problem is likely either the battery pack or the charger. You can purchase a new battery pack on Amazon for $3.62.
