Harness Straps In The Back Of The Seat Model #1750726

the harness straps in the back of the carseat are hooked onto a clamp - do they stay in that position - even when you adjust the straps to the hightest point of the seat, in doing  so it is very tight when you put the child in the seat, especially if you put a jacket on him thank you JoAnne (grandma)
