If it's a question regarding iMusic, you might be able to get help by phoning Apple, at 800-275-2273.
If it's a question about Google, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone (you can try for it at 650-623-4000), and Google support is in general feeble at best. Some pages offer canned questions to send. If as is likely the answer doesn't satisfy, you'll have the opportunity to reply with a further question. Some help pages have "Additional Resources" listed at the right. You can write Google at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043.
