I Have A Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport Phone. It Updates All My Google Accounts Except

I have a samsung galaxy s5 sport phone. It syncs with all my google accounts except my contacts. Last sync was 04/07/2015 10:33am. How can I correct this. I also have the same problem with my samsung tablet but this problem is with syncing the Internet says "Sync is currently experiencing a problem. It will be back shortly. This is dated 01/23/2014. I've been to samsung and they said it was a google problem.

clearing Cache will solve your problem ,make sure you are not using third part contact app.
