Final Spin Cycle Not Properly Working..

Final Spin cycle doesnt work...it completely drains all the water but it doesnt final spin the wet clothes....i installed a new drain pump because it was making a horrible noise...drain pump seems to be working fine but once the water drains it doesnt spin wet clothes....
