Upon Return Of Power From Sandy, My Ge Profile Fridge Internal Lights Went On Bu

about 1 hour later there was water at floor, figured it went through a defrost cyle, and the unit compressor and dial lights worked.  2 days later electric company needed to make repairs, elctric down for 4 hours, fridge experieinced same problem, but never went back on after 24 hours.  is ther a reset button, is a repair/trouble shoot manual available? Model PTS22LHSWW.  Thanks
