How Do You Replace A Bulb In Jt3000sfss Wall Oven?

The instructions only specify how to replace the no brainer twist off lite cover, My Oven has the flat rectangular glass covering with the unusual and costly bulb. Who were the idiots who either wrote the manual or redesigned the age old (simple to remove) light bulb cover with standard aqppliance bulb?
