Can You Comment About This Complaint? I'm Returning My Range With This Model Nu

I'm returning my range with this model number because I cannot tolerate the number of audible clicks during any baking project. After using the oven once, a technician came out, agreed the control panel needed to be replaced because of the clicks. After installing a new control panel and sensor, the number of clicks has increased to 44 clicks per 15-minute tracking period. Clicks can be heard throughout the house and are extremely annoying. GE says this is normal. Very poor design. My stove goes back to the seller and I'm buying another brand. Please comment about the accuracy of this complaint. Thanks.

Sounds like you may think we're GE -- we're not. You may phone GE Customer Service at 800-626-2005. You also have the option of returning the range to the retailer, providing you've abided by the retailer's return guidelines.
