Run Drain And Spin Cycle
When clothes are too wet, i redistribute load and run drain and spin cycle, (pg 23) but it fills up with water first, then spins it out. Washer is just two weeks old.

Hi. If the 2 weeks old machine will not work as expected though operated as per the manual, I would not suggest a fix by that you return it for an exchange lest you void the warranty!
