On 9/16/2011 Had An Accident In Our Home Parkinng Lot,and Got A Letter From Geic

not at fault. but Ms. Denise Dawson the adjuster says I have to Pay $500 deductable because  I didn,t have  any witness or evidence ,also she says she doesn,t have any proof . please somone explain for me . how I  could provide evidence or witness  ,especially that the lady who hit my car didn,t  give me any chance even  to call police or neigbours .Actually she ran away with some excuse . Now I have problem with Geico.Ms . Calara kellly  the other adjuster  interviewed me not Ms. Dawson . How she can decide without interviewing ? THe law says anybody  who pulling the car from parking should look back and drive slowly. she drove fast without looking , I was driving very slowly and five driving stalls were vacant. Two times that Ms. dawson talked to me .she says " I don,t want to repeat again"  so what is the whole policy ? Can I talk to a superviser ? on the phone I can,t contact Ms. fox . The messege is weierd.or not clear. I am really upset and uhappy for unjustified decision. Why the Mrs.Gail Waid who was at fault doesn,t pay  for the damage or expences . she said she has GEICO INSURANCE .iT IS NEARLY TWO  MONTHS NOW. Why nobody cares ?
