I don't think that employees of Geico monitor postings on HelpOwl. Therefore, to find the answer to your question, I would advise you to:

Go to Geico's website
In the upper right corner of the page find the GREEN BOX labeled "Manage Your Policy" (NOT the blue link at the top left).
Either log-in or sign-up for online access to your account.
If you do not already have online access to your Geico account, you must be prepared to submit the following information when you register:

- date of birth
- policy number (do NOT include dashes/hyphens)
- the zip code of your billing address
- the last 4 digits of your social security number
- a user name
- a password
- answers to security questions (to prevent unauthorized access to your online account)

When you have completed the registration process, you will be able to access your account and immediately see whether or not your payment has been credited to your account.

If you do not wish to access your account online, you can contact Geico Customer Service directly. Phone numbers can be accessed on this page (there are different numbers for different kinds of insurance policies).
