I Am Try To Cancel A Policy
I am trying to cancel a policy. I was told by representative to send email for the request to cancel. Sarah Harris

TheWiz's answer is hard to understand, as you're saying you've already done that (and were told to send an email).
GEICO does invite communication by email, although by email it refers to its Web form. That's at https://www.geico.com/about/contactus/email/.
The safest way is to send a certified letter by U.S. mail. You can address that to 1 Geico Plaza, Washington, DC 20076.
