How To Remove The Cover On A Z6970 All-in-one?

I have a Gateway All-in-One z6970 and I need to find out how to remove the cover in order to return the CD-Rom drive. I've asked Gateway for the User Manuals as their website has nothing posted on that page but they tell me that only their service techs have access to that. Then they tried to pass me off to other websites outside of Gateway to look for the manual. I tried downloading it on here but when I click on the "Download" option, the page just reloads itself. Does anyone know where I can find a manual for this computer?
