My Gateway Dx4300-03 Won't Start Up. It Does The Post Beep, But Then Nothing.

My Gateway DX4300-03 won't start up. It gets past the post beep, but then nothing. The fan does continue to run. But it keeps cranking faster and faster, to where it sounds like it would almost blow up. Any suggestions?

Go here to clear the CMOS, this usually clear any corrupted data. You may also want to check the memory modules to assure a good connection.
