When The Unit Is Turned On It Shows A White Screen With Black Lines And A Dot
at the intersection that requests you to "PRESS DOT" . When you attempt to touch dot it changes locations ... Tried factory reset instructions , no response.

Hi, the screen is trying to calibrate itself. Keep touching the dot wherever it appears; eventually the calibration procedure will complete. You can find more information here:
