How The Hell Em I Suppose To Use When Instructions Are Useless?

I tried to do on screen set up & everything. I don't even know how to turn on or off. No phone nuber for someone to call . It's like time to go back to store & get money back . worse product I've seen yet. This crab no real instruction makes me mad as hell. They need to start hiring people that come up with that Idea.
