Seri Won't Respond

Make sure that Siri is enabled on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Siri & Search and make sure that the following options are enabled:

Listen for "Hey Siri"

Press Side Button for Siri

Allow Siri When Locked

Make sure that CarPlay is enabled on your iPhone and that your iPhone is connected to your GMC vehicle. Go to Settings > General > CarPlay and make sure that your GMC vehicle is listed under "Available Cars".

Try restarting your iPhone and your GMC vehicle.

Try using a different USB cable to connect your iPhone to your GMC vehicle.

If you're still having problems, you can try resetting your iPhone's network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all of your saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so you'll need to reconnect to them again after you reset your settings.

If you've tried all of these steps and Siri is still not responding, you can contact GMC customer support for further assistance.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

Siri may not respond if you're in a noisy environment. Try moving to a quieter location and see if that helps.

Siri may not respond if your iPhone is locked. Make sure that your iPhone is unlocked before you try to use Siri.

Siri may not respond if you have a strong accent or if you're speaking too quickly. Try speaking more slowly and clearly.

If you're still having problems, you can try updating your iPhone's software. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates.
