Change The Headlights

how to remove the front bumper so that I can change the headlights

The bumper cover needs to be removed first which is usually attached with phillips type screws and are located underneath the bumper. Take out the screws. Then the bumber material underneath can be unbolted from behind the bumber, these bolts are torqued extremely tight so you may need to use a small pipe or breaker bar to get them loose. Then you will be to change your headlights.
