Rear Wiper Blade

when i turn on my rear wiper, the wiper blade gets stuck half way because it is rubbimg against the brake light spoiler, does anyone know what to do?

Sounds like someone put wrong size blade on there. Easiest fix: if you own a good pai of scissors, cut the blade right above where it hits the hood of the light cover. You will see the amount y ou can trim at the bottom, just cut it clean through with sharp scissors or wire cutters. There is a thin strip of metal inserted in the rubber blade itself, but very easy to cut through. Just make sure you cut the blade and not the arm, but one good look and you'll be ok.

I think devilover is right and there is good reason someone put the wrong wiper on. Thats a dealer only item and its not cheap. An OEM replacement is 23.95 and figure that a dealership would charge about one and a half times that. I woulda opted for one of those snap-to-fit wipers but Im betting someone didnt want to pay 30-40 bucks for a wiper refill and I dont blame em.
