My 2004 Envoy Slt Will Not Shift Out Of First Gear.

i put the car in reverse to back out the drive way but I couldnt shift it to drive it automatically went to third and I shifted it to first and it won't come out of first or even shift to park or neutral.  My keys are stuck and won't turn so i can take them out. what kind of problem am i having?
