2002 Gmc Envoy Engine Stumbles When Speeds Get Up To 45-50mph

Vehicle has 215,000 miles; I've had catalytic conv., tune-up w/new spark plugs; oil change; fuel injector deep cleaning. This started after taking vehicle for oil change. I've had someone else check to insure oil filter, etc. was properly installed.  What could it be?
