No Turn Signal Voltage At Fuse Panel On 2001 Gm Sonoma

When the fuse is removed, there is no voltage at the fuse position for the turn signals - the turn signals or hazzard lights do not funtion. My Haynes manual does not give sufficient details to trouble shoot the wiring. Is there a wiring diagram availble that will show me the wire routing for power to the turn signal fuse? Or can you discribe how the fuse gets its voltage?
