Rough Idle In Morning

Every morning when i start my truck it fires right off but idles very rough for first couple min. After that it runs smooth and no problems. Drives good with good idle. Changed maf, iac, plugs ,wires and other stuff. Found dozen answers online but close as I've seen was manifold gasket. I'm losing normal oil and some coolant. I live in south Texas so it's not a temperature problem. What are your thoughts?

Why does my GMC Sierra shake in idle?

Often, your car shakes when idle simply because it's time to replace your spark plugs! When yours are dirty or worn out, they fail to fire in the right way. If this happens, they're unable to ignite the fuel located within each of the piston cylinders on time. As a result, your engine can misfire.
