What's The Likely Cause Of The Radio, Windows & Windshield Wipers Powering Off?

I just bought this SUV and the power windows, radio and windsheild wipers go off, all at one time, totally randomly. I've heard that this model has some electrical issues but how easily is it (or can it be) solved? Also, at certainly speeds, the front-end seems to become alsmost isolated and shakes alsomst to the point of losing control. Could the terrible shaking be just a needed wheel alignment or a front-end issue?
