Heater Core

the heat does not work and it has a gergaling noise under the dash. allso there is a coolant smell inside the car. does this mean i have to replace the heater core, or could it just be cloged.

Definitely a heater core. If you are smelling coolant inside the car, it means it is leaking in under the dash. They are around $50 at Autozone.
