I Need To Change The Distributor. What Are The Steps?

The rear screw socket has broken and causes the distributor to skip, leading to loss of spark and low performance. The acceleration is poor as well as the fuel pump is below the necessary pressure. We have recently changed the fuel line (Fuel neck (new), Fuel Lines (new), Fuel Pump (Used), Fuel Tank (used), and Fuel Filter(used) as well as recently changed the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor. Last year the Radiator, alternator, battery, and starter were replaced, so I can eliminate those from the problem, however with the current issues stemming from the performance and vehicle have become frustrating as it struggles to get to 60 kmh. Any information that can diagnose the problem and/or provide me with the detailed answers to fix this would be great.
