Radio Wipers Quit Same Time

hear clicking sound under dash when I turn on radio goes away when clock turns offwipers don't work but when clicking sound is heard they want to workreplaced wiper motor fuses &relays

This is a sign of an Electrical failure. It would be Recommended that you get your Vehicle inspected by an Auto mechanic. But if your prefer to rectify the errors by yourself then you could contact the professionals in any one of the following links

This is surely an electrical problem, you have to check the wire that connects those device
