What Is Making My Jimmy Hard To Start And It Misses Wen It Takes Off

I just changed the transmission fluid and filter but i don't know that you are suppose to flush out the cooling hoses can that be the problem with it before I did anything it was just having trouble taken off in over drive now it dies wen I try to take off
