What Is Wrong With My Jimmy???
it backfires then bogs up and down then shuts off. sometimes it will run for about 15 minutes and then do this, sometimes it does it right from start, and sometimes it just wont start at all. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have taken it to 6 shops already and dropped 850 for a sensor and that didn't fix it. I don't wanna drop anymore money unless I know for sure what is wrong

I can't imagine what sensor the garage replaced for $850, but I do know that they ripped you off.
My best guess is the crankshaft position sensor is going bad. That would cause all of the symptoms you describe. They cost around $75 for your vehicle and it's very easy to replace it by yourself.
It's located behind or next to the crankshaft pulley (harmonic balancer, looks like a small wheel). Here's what it looks like:
