Blowing Fuses,

1993 GMC Suburban 1500 4x4, keeps blowing the 4x4 fuse, I have disconnected the front end  actuator and it still blows the fuse. I was told there is another switch or actuator on or in the transfer case that may be the problem. Please advise on logical fix.   thanks Marc
