Important Notes:
Expiration: Most Frontier credits expire 90 days from the date they are issued. However, credits associated with purchasing The WORKST80; bundle expire after one year. Check your credit details for the exact expiration date.
Non-Transferable: Credits can only be used by the original passenger whose name is attached to them.
Using Your Frontier Airline Credit
Go to the Frontier Website: Visit the official Frontier Airlines website (https://www.flyfrontier.com).
Search for Flights: Initiate a flight search with your desired destinations and travel dates.
Select Your New Flight: Choose the flight that works best for your new trip.
Payment Page: Proceed to the payment page of the booking process.
Choose "Credit with Frontier": You'll see a section titled "Additional Payment." Click on "Credit with Frontier."
Enter Credit Information: Input the following:
Email Address: The email you used for the original booking
Confirmation Code: The 6-character confirmation code from the original booking or your Frontier Miles number.
Apply Credit: The system will find your credit and automatically apply the value to your new ticket.
Pay Remaining Balance (if applicable): If the new flight cost exceeds your credit amount, you'll need to pay the remaining difference with a credit card.
Things to Keep in Mind
Names Must Match: The name on the new flight booking must be identical to the name the original credit was issued to.
No Cash Value: Frontier credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
