I Have A Fmv156dcc, Serial # 7g62406170 Microwave. When I Key In The Minutes
and hit start, the count down starts, the light comes on...but not the microwave. If I pull slightly the microwave will start, but I have to pull outward on the bottom of the door and then hold it in that exact spot, or the microwave stops. Please advise.

If everything works as it should, except the unit does not heat you are looking at the magnetron being your culprit. If the table does not rotate and it does not heat, then the turntable motor and magnetron need to be replaced. These are the two most expensive components of any microwave. Each could run you over $100 (a piece) plus an hour of labor. Contact Frigidaire for more information on if you have any limited warranty, of if they can suggest a service provider for you in your local area.
